MIS and its Implementation Strategy in Government Office System

Through the analysis of the specific model of the government office system, there lets in the concept of information flow and functional mode 'combination' to observe the possibility of installing MIS in the office and to enquire the approciate strategy in order to raise the success rate of MIS installation and minimise the difficulties that might occer in the process.
