Learning and tuning of fuzzy membership functions by simulated annealing algorithm

Extracting of fuzzy rules and learning of fuzzy membership functions are important and difficult problems in the designing of fuzzy systems. The learning of membership functions for Takaigi-Sugeno fuzzy model is discussed. The learning algorithm of membership functions based on simulated annealing is also presented. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the validity of this algorithm.
