The purpose of this presentation is to have participants of tutorial understand common patterns of project management mistakes. Such mistakes directly cause late, over budget, poor quality software to be produced. Participants will then learn a new approach to developing software which keeps their teams on target. As long as team operates under new paradigm, team is very productive and stays the software development zone.The zone approach addresses risk all activities of software development, Risk management done this manner is one of three critical success factors that serves to keep your software staff in zone. The two other factors will be discussed presentation. After understanding all three of critical zone factors, participants of presentation will have an opportunity to practice zone management on a sample requirements specification.
