Generating identically and independently distributed samples starting from chaotic signals
Adrian Luca, Adriana Vlad · 2006
This paper concerns the problem of generating iid (identically and independently distributed) discrete data sets starting from the logistic function. We decide upon the data independence by combining information theory elements (the discrete noisy channel and its corresponding information entities) with the test of independence in contingency tables.
