Experimental verification of the state space energy based approach to nano-electronic structures

Milan Štork, Josef Hrušák, Daniel Mayer · International Conference on Applied Electronics · 2011

Investigation of many nonlinear dynamic systems represents an extremely complicated business due to possibility of occurrence of chaotic phenomena. One of the modern and powerful methods for predicting their behavior is the energetic approach. The resulting state space energy concept determines both, the structure of a proper system representation as well as the corresponding system state space topology. The main goal of the presented contribution is to demonstrate the new possibilities as well as some limitations of the proposed approach. Several simple examples, demonstrating the use of the new method are shown for illustration of fundamental ideas and basic attributes of the proposed approach.
