Two-Dimensional Pattern Description and Recognition Via Curvaturepoints

This paper provides a method for obtaining descriptions of that class of two-dimensional pictures whose elements are a finite set of points in the plane each having value zero (white) or one (black) and such that the points are arranged in form of some uniform lattice or grid-system.
