The Covering Condition (enabling the application of necessary tests on all cells in an array) and the Existence of Sensitized Path Condition (enabling the propagation of the effect of a faulty cell to some boundary output) for the testability of combinational cellular arrays of rectangularly and unilaterally interconnected cells are analyzed separately in the paper.
