Alice frenzy: an interactive group activity

Participants will be given 10--15 minutes of instruction on programming in Alice. Then, working in small groups, participants will attempt to develop a program in 40 minutes from one of several given starting scenarios. Participants will be able to adapt this exercise for use in an introductory course using Alice.
