The sub-critical case

By the terminology of (10.5) the sub-critical case covers the spaces (15.1) $$ B_{pq}^s \left( {\mathbb{R}^n } \right) and F_{pq}^s \left( {\mathbb{R}^n } \right) with 0 < p < \infty , 0 < q \leqslant \infty , \sigma _p < s < \frac{n} {p}. $$
