Relative Bogomolov extensions

A subfield $K \subseteq \overline {\mathbb {Q}}$ has the Bogomolov property if there exists a positive $\varepsilon $ such that no non-torsion point of $K^\times $ has absolute logarithmic height below $\varepsilon $. We define a relative extension $
