Applying tutoring program in the first programming class

This paper investigates the influence and the practice of an on-site tutoring program to students' performances on the first introductory programming class. One of the main goals of the tutoring program resided in our department is to improve the overall grade distribution among lower-level CS courses, especially for computer science I, and computer science II.
