Virtual archaeology: a beginning

This paper argues that Virtual Archaeology has become too constrained in its scope and calls for some of the original core concepts developed in 1990 to be rehabilitated. Specifically, the introduction of technology into archaeological practice remains under theorised and requires renewed attention.
