PATTERN ANALYSIS WITH SCALE CLASSIFICATION

Pattern Analysis based on the Quantification Theory developed by Hayashi is presented, and the results of the analysis applied to data from an experiment on impression of a photograph of a young woman measured by Semantic Differential Method are discussed. Then the utility of pattern analysis with scale classification is described under several considerations from various points of view.
