Performance analysis of M-ary spread spectrum data transmission system based on phase modulating a PN sequence

A new method of M-ary spread spectrum data transmission is put forward. It can achieve code synchronization of the M PN codes easier than spread spectrum data transmission system using orthogonal codes. We also analyze the error performance of the system in the presence of multiuser interference.
