Management of CASE technology

A proposal for the establishment of a framework for the efficient introduction of ongoing support of CASE (computer-aided software engineering) technology for medium- and large-sized organizations is presented. The major components of the organization are: a director of software engineering technology; a software engineering technology center; and a software engineering council. Each of these components is described.>
