I: Continuous-Time SystemsThe paper is divided into two separate parts.In Part I properties of conjugated and symmetric equations are investigated.The equations occur in the synthesis of continuous quadratically optimal controllers.In Part II a similar study is done for the equation from the corresponding discrete problems.
