Staining of inclusion bodies and reticulocytes: a modified procedure.

A simple and rapid method is described for staining inclusion bodies and reticulocytes, using new methylene blue in combination with isopropyl alcohol. The morphological definition of preparations is improved, and equal to preparations stained by previous methods.
