Tomography for discharge plasmas
N. Iwama · AIP conference proceedings · 1996
The computerized tomography for plasma measurements are reviewed from a viewpoint of numerical analysis. Interest is devoted to the methods to meet the missing of projection data, especially, the least squares fittings of series expansion models and of linear regression model. On the smoothings by parameter number reduction and with weighted objective functions, the optimizations with the statistical neg‐entropies of AIC and GCV are taken as a subject of study and and discussed on experimental results in low‐temperature discharge plasmas.
