Kernels of Integer Matrices via Modular Arithmetic

Let Q be an m by n integer matrix of rank e and let : Z n ! Z m be the transformation given by (x) = Qx. We give an new algorithm which, like earlier algorithms for the image of , computes the kernel of using modular arithmetic.
