iOS: Installing the Toolset
Matthew Baxter-Reynolds · Apress eBooks · 2010
In this chapter, we’re going to look at getting started with iOS development using Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch. This chapter is going to be longer than the other “installing the toolset” chapters. The Objective-C language is very different than other languages that you are likely to have used in the past, and so most of this chapter is given over to a primer to help you get up to speed. You will need a Mac in order to do any iOS development, as the tools run only on iOS. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
