The Internet Multicast Address Allocation Architecture

This document proposes a multicast address allocation architecture (MALLOC) for the Internet.The architecture is modular with three layers, comprising a host-server mechanism, an intra-domain serverserver coordination mechanism, and an inter-domain mechanism.
