A structure and a tuning procedure for PID-like fuzzy control

A fuzzy PID controller with a hierarchical structure and only two inputs is introduced. A method for tuning scaling factors and membership functions is also presented. The proposed method is compatible with automatic tuning of fuzzy PID controllers.
