The amplitude calibrator is designed to provide known dc voltage levels or 1 kHz square waves from + 1 mV to + 5 V, It features selectable output impedances of < 0.1 (2, 50 (2, and 1 M(2.The instrument is designed with sufficient current capability to deliver its indicated voltage into a 50 *1 termination.To protect delicate sampling oscilloscopes, a limiter circuit can also be activated to limit the output voltage to + 1.8 V.
