Thermal stability of the current regulator diodes

The work presents the theoretical aspects concerning the thermal stability of the current regulator diodes. We analyse the physical and technological device parameters depending on temperature and their influence on the regulator current. Finally, we present some design and technological considerations regarding the minimisation of the temperature coefficient of the current.
