The progress in science and technology has pushed human tried to solving these problems arising in the vicinity as well as lighten and reducing that work. One of the developed technology is microcontroller. Mikcokontroller is a family of microprocessors that is a chip that can perform the processing data according the digitally to commands the assembly language that given. By using this microcontroller can be created a tool as intelligent as computers but with the cost of the relative cheaper than a computer. In line with the development of mikrokontroler, and now mikrokontroler applied to many instruments that have to do with day . One of these is used in the design of the automatic clothes-based tools basking Atmega16 microcontroller, which functioned as a place of drying clothes automatically. On the design of the automatic drying clothes this tool apart from basking sharks use the ATmega16 microcontroller also uses a rain sensor and LDR sensor. Sensor rain here is used to drive the fan. If the sensor is exposed by rain water then the fan will spin and the fan will stop according to the time allowed has been programmed to mikrokontroller. Light Sensor (LDR) is used to detect the intensity of light in the environtment. When the sensor light then the LDR receives very little basking will shift into the room and back out the room basking shifted when the LDR gets the enough light.
