The paper deals with the application of sampled-data control systems to multichannel measurements in process control. Since technological processes employ relatively large — scale electronic equipment, and highest efficiency and reliability are essential, the very significant advantages of sampled-data measuring systems are the size and maintenance of the electronic equipment used in the systems. However, the stability problem in these systems is more acute and stability investigations are much more complicated than in the corresponding continual measuring systems. This paper, based upon Mitrović’s algebraic method, presents a new way of analysis and synthesis of sampled-data control systems applied to multichannel measurements.
