Embedding of Special Semigroup Amalgams

After showing that any special semigroup amalgam in the class of all left (right) regular bands is strongly embeddable in the class of all regular bands, we show that the class of all semigroups satisfying the identity axy = axay(yxa = yaxa) has the special amalgamation property.
