A Tool to Support Competitive Argumentation

:The current production of analytic reports is flawed in many ways. Data tend to be poorly managed and difficult to access. Much of the information, therefore, is overlooked. The reasoning behind conclusions of a report often is not adequately justified. Distinctions between or identification of facts, assumptions, hypotheses, and definitions is seldom made explicit. Consequently, an aid has been developed that addresses these weaknesses to better support analytical activities.
