Presents information and current topics of interest to the global communications industry. The 14th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems (ICCS 2014) was successfully held in Macau, China, from 19-21 November 2014. It was co-organized by the IEEE Communications Society Singapore Chapter, the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Singapore Chapter, and the IEEE Singapore Section, and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society and the IEEE Macau Section. Started in Singapore in 1988, the IEEE ICCS has been a biennial conference providing a platform to researchers from both academia and industry to exchange the state-of-the-art communications technologies over two decades.
