MODIFIED CONNECTIVITY INDEX AND THEIR APPLICATION TO ALKYL ALCOHOL QSPR MODELS

This modification consist in corn 1 h the numerical evaluation of all elements a of the matrix used in χ index definition, applying ij 2a product operator (1/D) to all original matrix a elements. This factors a are function of the ij ij distances between the graph vertexes (i, j) (molecular atoms distances). 1 hThe models obtained using this modified index ( χ) present a more good statistically corn indices respect when using the original one. Nevertheless the means errors produced on the differences of experimental and calculated dependent variables are not significantly different between both models.
