Overview of the PENG project.

In this paper a synthetic overview of the main aims, characteristics and innovations of the PENG project is presented. PENG. "PErsonalised News content programmin G" is a Specific TARGETED RESEARCH PROJECT (IST-004597) funded within the Sixth Program Framework of the European Research Area.
