The bootstrap fraction in TFTR

The TRANSP plasma analysis code is used to calculate the bootstrap current generated during neutral beam injection and ion cyclotron resonance frequency heating for a wide variety of TFTR discharges. An empirical scaling relation is given for the bootstrap current fraction using the ratio of the peakednesses of the thermal pressure and of the total current density.
