A Temperature-Compensated Voltage Source Independent of the Supply Voltage

A circuit containing only resistors and npn transistors delivers stable reference voltages. Variation in 2.4 Volts output voltage is less than 1 mV for supply voltages between 4.9 and 6.6 volts and temperatures between 20°C and 70°C.
