Two-level JPDA-NN and NN-JPDA tracking algorithms

Two-level joint probabilistic data-association (JPDA)-nearest neighborhood (NN) and NN-JPDA target tracking algorithms are presented in this paper. Computational efficiency is achieved and advantages of both JPDA and NN are combined.
