An Information Kiosk with Asymmetric Collaboration

Asymmetric collaboration is a new style of collaboration that we found necessary to provide remote human assistance to information kiosks without losing the merits of conventional self-service kiosks. In this paper, special requirements for asymmetric collaboration are explained firstly, and then our approach and functions of new collaboration platform are described.
