Singapore consumer product safety scheme

The paper introduces the latest requirements for consumer products implemented in Singapore with effect from April 1, 2003 under the Consumer Protection Regulations. It presents the safety authority's requirements, supplier and controlled goods registration, certificate of conformity and safety mark. It also covers the latest list of controlled goods under the current consumer product safety scheme (CPS certification).
