Obtuse, a scripting language for migratory applications

Robert Percival Cook · 1997

This paper discusses the design and implementation of Obtuse, a scripting language for migratory applications. Next, several sample programs are used to illustrate the concepts. Finally, we review some of the problems with DCOM, based on our experience. ______________________________________ Keywords: scripting language, Obtuse, migratory applications, Obliq, distributed systems ____________________________________ 1.
