Before Visual Basic.NET, VB programmers were very limited in how they created objects. Objects could not be passed values at creation, or given an initial state. Visual Basic.NET opens the doors for new and much more useful object creation techniques. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
