Design of digital all-pass filters with equal-ripple group delay frequency response

This paper provides an effective method for design of digital all-pass filters with equal-ripple group delay frequency response. The method is based on combination of newly proposed polynomials with numerical solution by using differential evolution (DE) algorithm. The method is illustrated on practical example.
