Multiple Time Series

Neville Davies · Encyclopedia of Biostatistics · 2005

Abstract In medical investigations, it is not uncommon to record observations on two or more time series. For example, blood pressure and weight may be regularly monitored on a sample of patients. The individual time series may be analyzed by methods appropriate for univariate series, but this article concentrates on methods of analysis that help in understanding the system that gives rise to the data.
