Abstract Electrical and electronic measurements of materials are among the most powerful techniques available for materials characterization. These measurements can reveal information that completely characterizes the electrical transport properties of a material. Furthermore, modern instrumentation makes precision measurements and computer interfacing straightforward at reasonable cost.
