Technologies for Network Computing

Network computing is a new computing paradigm; in which all computer software is obtained from computer networks and works in cooperation with various services on the networks. Though the paradigm has the possibility to resolve many problems of current personal computer environments, there are some key technologies to be exploited. In this panel session, what are the advantages and the problems of network computing, what are the key technologies to its realization, what are achieved so far, and what are remaining to be tackled are discussed.
