An improve algorithm of motion compensation MPEG video compression

This paper presents an improved algorithm of motion compensation MPEG video compression-vector matching motion compensation (VMMC). The matching method of the improved algorithm is different from the traditional block matching algorithm. Experimental results prove that a better compensation effect is obtained.
