An organization can be compared to a system in constant flux with the environment. An organization should support the cooperative work of individuals or groups on the basis of its physical foundation. To support the activities of an ever changing organization, however, we need a mechanism to flexibly respond to system changes. This paper proposes a role-oriented organization model that can cope with the continuous changes of an organization and explains how to implement the model using the agent system.
