I N T R O D U C T I O N Last year a group of foreign experts were invited to evaluate language technology projects supported jointly by N U T E K (The Swedish National Board for Industrial and Technical Development) and the H S F R (The Swedish Council for Research in the Humanities and Social Sciences).
