MXYZPTLK and beamline: C++ objects for beam physics

We very briefly describe two C++ classes: the first models beamlines; the second implements differential algebra. Used together they provide the beginnings of a toolkit for accelerator design and analysis that is imbedded in a fully functional and supported extensible language.
