Utopian exploration of global patterns of plant metabolism

In order to differentiate the photosynthetic processes of plant species in a variable dynamic, a hybrid genetic-fuzzy system for Cuba is designed in this paper. The proposed fuzzy control algorithm and consequent genetic optimization, process species numbers and characteristics of metabolism, in order to overcome non-linearity in the water energy dynamic. Furthermore, exploration into the utopia hyper-plane of metabolic characters, enable accurate prediction of climatic variables. Results of the Pareto front display a utopia line, which validates the effectiveness of MOGA application with biological data.
