Android Content Providers: Access to Datastores
Wallace Jackson · Apress eBooks · 2013
In this chapter, we will learn about one of the more advanced topics involving the Android operating system: Content Providers. Content Provider means: DataStore. We are familiar with the android.content package, having worked with its classes before, and we are about to get more familiar with the android.database package, as well as the android.provider package. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
