In this chapter Decision Deck is briefly described and a user-oriented description of Decision Evaluation for Complex Environmental Risk Network Systems (DECERNS) is put forward. It explains methods and software packages that require no priori technical knowledge and can be used by beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The chapter discusses the DECERNS project in more detail. The DECERNS platform contains three core modules: geographical information system (GIS) module, multi-criteria decision aid (MCDA) module, and group decision support system (GDSS) module.
