Hybrid learning involves the use of the edutainment industry wherein teachers and educators alike are required to impress their student crowds with a mix of both worlds. Interactive gaming and education enable new users to interact widely with their devices including continuous information content made available. Teachers now need re-training to catch up with such devices to make them look hype inside and outside the classroom environments. Computing resources these days are becoming a mandatory requirement for educators and students to utilize resources over the internet in the form of Web or Grid services and information portalets such as Yahoo or Google. Exponential increase in Information and datasets generated by both students and staff these days need to be stored in compute resources which are streamlined for access on-demand by either party using online and sometimes offline resources. Managing these compute resources using digital infrastructure and technologies is a continuing challenge not only financially but also at a technical and management level where educators are expected to update themselves constantly towards catering to these 'niche' areas with respect to Hybrid learning utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training, education and management. This paper proposes a new Multi-agent based High performance Cloud framework termed the Coalition Agents Cloud (CA-Cloud) Computing System towards managing ICT infrastructure, technologies, resources and end users in an educational context utilizing management concepts from a Management of Technology perspective.
